Crunchy Vegetable Make-Ahead Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ cup minced red onion
  • ½ cups diced red bell pepper
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas, ends trimmed and stems removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2/3 cup Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Garden Vegetable Dressing
  • 3 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the dressing, cauliflower, peas, pepper and onion. Chill covered for at least 2 hours, overnight is best.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve on a bed of red cabbage. Sprinkle with sunflower kernels.
