Crunchy Vegetable Make-Ahead Salad

Ingredients
- ½ cup minced red onion
- ½ cups diced red bell pepper
- 2 cups sugar snap peas, ends trimmed and stems removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2/3 cup Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Garden Vegetable Dressing
- 3 cups shredded red cabbage
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the dressing, cauliflower, peas, pepper and onion. Chill covered for at least 2 hours, overnight is best.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve on a bed of red cabbage. Sprinkle with sunflower kernels.
