Ingredients
- 6 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 2 medium tomatoes, stem removed, seeded and diced
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (15.25 ounce) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- ½ cup chopped ripe olives
- 1 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing, divided
- 2 (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crusts
- 4 ounces pepperoni, sliced and cut into quarters
Instructions
Preheat the broiler.
In a large bowl, toss the lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, half the cheese, beans, olives and ½ cup of the dressing until evenly coated and set aside.
Spread the remaining dressing and half Parmesan cheese on each pizza crust.
Broil 1 minute or until cheese has melted.
Remove from oven and top each pizza with half of the salad mixture.
Garnish with pepperoni pieces.
Serve immediately.
