Ingredients
- 6 cups shredded romaine lettuce
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1⅔ cups shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 cup canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- ½ cup chopped ripe olives
- 1 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Italian Ranch Dressing, divided
- 2 (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crusts (thin)
- 9 slices pepperoni, cut into quarters
Instructions
Toss together lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, 1 cup cheese, beans, olives and ½ cup dressing; set aside. On each pizza crust, spread ¼ cup dressing and ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese. Broil 1 minute or until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and top each pizza with half of the salad mixture. Garnish with pepperoni pieces. Serve immediately.
