Ingredients

  • 6 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1⅔ cups shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 cup canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup chopped ripe olives
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Italian Ranch Dressing, divided
  • 2 (12-inch) pre-baked pizza crusts (thin)
  • 9 slices pepperoni, cut into quarters

Instructions

Toss together lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, 1 cup cheese, beans, olives and ½ cup dressing; set aside. On each pizza crust, spread ¼ cup dressing and ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese. Broil 1 minute or until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and top each pizza with half of the salad mixture. Garnish with pepperoni pieces. Serve immediately.
