Hidden Valley Roasted Red Pepper Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, rinsed and drained
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • Baguette slices (optional)
  • Sliced ripe olives (optional)

Instructions

Blot dry red peppers. In food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine peppers, dressing mix and cream cheese; process until smooth. Spread on baguette slices and garnish with olives, if desired.
