Ingredients

1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Fiesta Ranch® Dips Mix
2 cups seeded and diced fresh tomatoes (3 medium)
2 medium-size ripe avocados
Tortilla chips

Instructions

Prepare dips mix according to package directions. Mash avocados until smooth. Stir in prepared dip, tomatoes and sour cream.
Cover tightly and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.

Customer ReviewsThis is a minor twist on typical guacamole. My son enjoys the flavor that the ranch gives it and its a nice change, when you want it just for chips and dips as opposed to using on mexican food.Made it with dry Ranch dips mix, not fiestaCouldn't find Fiesta at my store so I used the regular Hidden Valley dips mix. I would suggest doubling the recipe b/c 2 avocados do not yield much guac unless they are huge avacados. I put a lot less Dips mix in than suggested b/c I thought it would be too salty. But maybe you should follow the directions on a full packet b/c people couldn't tell I put a Ranch twist in the guac. I also used a lot less sour cream than it called for since I like my guacamole to be thicker vs. creamier
