Can't Be Beat Meaty Biscuits

Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ⅔ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
  • Filling
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup beef broth or water
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • ¼ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350˚F.

For crust, whisk flour and salt in bowl. Blend in butter and cream cheese until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in dressing until a soft dough forms. Shape into 12 even balls.

For filling, brown meat with carrots and celery. Drain excess fat. Add broth; sprinkle flour over top and stir. Simmer for 5 minutes. Mold dough into a muffin tin cup creating a holder for the filling. Spoon in filling. Bake 25 minutes or until crust is brown.

Drizzle dressing on top and serve.
