Wine Country Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce leaves or mixed greens
  • 2 ripe Anjou or Bartlett Pears, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 2 medium red apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes halved
  • ½ cup finely diced celery
  • ¾ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ¾ cup each toasted walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing

Instructions

In a large salad bowl, toss the lettuce, pears, apples, grapes, celery, blue cheese, together with the dressing until lightly coated. Garnish with the walnuts and serve.
