Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked brown rice or brown rice blend
  • 1½ cups diced, cooked turkey*
  • 1½ cups chopped tomato
  • 1 cup frozen petite peas, thawed
  • ¾ cup chopped cauliflower
  • ¾ cup diced bell pepper
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ¾ cup cubed Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup minced parsley
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley® Organic Ranch

Instructions

Cook rice according to package directions, cool. Prepare other ingredients and toss all together. For best results, chill before serving.

*In a rush? Use ready-to-eat rotisserie chicken or any leftover cooked meat.
