Ingredients
- 1 box (9 ounces) small elbow pasta
- 3 sweet Italian sausages, cooked and sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and diced
- 1 can (15 ounces) red kidney or garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium red onion, peeled and diced
- 4 tablespoons freshly chopped Italian parsley
- 4 tablespoons freshly chopped basil
- 1 cup Hidden Valley® Organic Original Ranch® Dressing
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, rinse, and let cool.
In a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients and toss until well coated. Chill covered for one hour before serving.
