Ingredients
- 4 ounces small elbow macaroni*
- 3 sweet Italian sausages, cooked and sliced (about 1½ cups)
- 1½ cups chopped tomato
- 1 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 cup canned kidney or garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup minced Italian parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil (optional)
- 1 cup Hidden Valley® Organic Original Ranch® Dressing
- ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese
Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain, rinse and cool. Prepare other ingredients and toss all together. For best results, chill before serving.
