Ingredients

  • 4 ounces small elbow macaroni*
  • 3 sweet Italian sausages, cooked and sliced (about 1½ cups)
  • 1½ cups chopped tomato
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 cup canned kidney or garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup minced Italian parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh basil (optional)
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley® Organic Original Ranch® Dressing
  • ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese

Instructions

Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain, rinse and cool. Prepare other ingredients and toss all together. For best results, chill before serving.
