Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
- ¾ cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
- 1 can (8.5 ounces) petite peas
- 1 medium shallot, finely chopped
- 2 celery ribs, diced
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss until well coated. Chill covered for 1 hour before serving.
