Ingredients

  • 9–10 ounces Cheese tortellini (9–10 ounces dry tortellini = about 4 cups cooked)
  • 2 cups diced tomato
  • 1½ cups diced, cooked chicken*, turkey or ham
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 3 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 1 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Light Buttermilk Dressing
  • or, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Light Old-Fashioned Buttermilk Dressing
  • ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan or Swiss cheese

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse and cool. Prepare other ingredients and toss all together. For best results, chill before serving.

*In a rush? Use ready-to-eat rotisserie chicken or any leftover cooked meat.
