Peppercorn Chicken Salad
Ingredients
2-1/2 cups Salad Crumble Topping
8 cups torn iceberg or romaine lettuce
2 cups julienned, cooked chicken or turkey
4 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
3/4 cup Hidden Valley® Cracked Peppercorn Dressing
Salad Crumble Topping:
Mix together:
2 chopped, hard-cooked eggs
1/2 cup each bacon pieces, thawed, frozen green peas, shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion.
Preparation
Prep Time: 40 min.
Chill Time: 1 hr. minimum

Prepare topping; set aside. In large clear salad bowl, layer the lettuce, chicken and topping. Place tomatoes around edge of bowl for garnish. Just before serving, pour dressing on salad and toss until evenly coated.

Makes 6 servings.
