| Tossed Turkey Waldorf Salad |
| Ingredients |
2 cups Cubed cooked turkey
1 cup Diced celery
1 cup Cubed red apple
1 cup Cubed green apple
1/2 cup Golden raisins and or dried cherries or cranberries
1/4 cup Minced green onions or chives
1/2 cup Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Light Dressing
2 teaspoons Fresh lemon or lime juice
2 teaspoons Honey
Butter lettuce
Garnish: Candied, glazed, or honey roasted nuts |
| Preparation |
Prep Time: 40 min.
Prepare all ingredients and toss the first 6 ingredients together. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing, juice and honey. Coat the salad ingredients with the dressing mixture. Pile on a bed of butter lettuce. For best results, chill before serving.
Just before serving, sprinkle with nuts.
*In a rush? Use ready-to-eat rotisserie chicken or any leftover cooked meat.
