Ingredients (5)

  • cauliflower, broken into florets 1 head
  • Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt dressing in any of the flavors (Ranch, Cucumber Dill and Spinach & Feta) ⅓ cup
  • fat-free milk 1 tablespoon
  • unsalted butter 1 tablespoon
  • kosher salt ¼ teaspoon
For safe meat preparation, reference the USDA website. For dips, make and enjoy your dip creation. Then, refrigerate within 2 hours or discard.

    Place cauliflower florets into a steamer and cook for 20 minutes or until tender.

    Transfer cauliflower to a food processor.
  3. 3

    Add the dressing, milk and butter; puree until the mixture reaches the consistency of mashed potatoes. Season with salt and serve hot.

    Tip: Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Light Dressing can be used instead of the Greek Yogurt dressing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprised me We made this last night and I was happily surprised. It has a slight sweet taste, so have extra non-salt seasonings ready. We don't have a food processor but a blender works just fine. We'll be making this again as an alternative to mashed potoatos.
