roasting chicken about 3 pounds, cut into 8 pieces
unseasoned dry bread crumbs (or cornflake crumbs) 1 cup
Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet

Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix 1 seasoning packet or 3 tbsp of shaker seasoning

Simply reduce the cooking time and temperature on your air fryer as shown here.*

Timing
Set air fryer timer for half the cooking time of a conventional oven. Add extra time for doneness if needed.

Temperature
Reduce regular oven temperature by 25° to 50° (not going below 350°) on your air fryer. If food is getting too dark, reduce by another 25°.

* Always follow manufacturer’s instructions.

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Combine seasoning dressing mix with bread crumbs in a gallon-size Glad® Food Storage Bag.

Add chicken pieces and seal bag. Shake the bag to evenly coat chicken.

Bake chicken on ungreased baking pan at 375°F for 50 minutes or until juices run clear or an internal temperature of 165°F.

I can't say enough about the flavor it gave the chicken. The family likes fried chicken but the was definitely much healthier. I will definitely make this again. I found a new family favorite.

Rated 5 out of 5 by foodmom from kid tested, granny approved i make this with chicken tenders when they are on sale, with extra hidden valley ranch salad dressing for dipping. the grandkids cant get enough of it, and its always a challenge to get them to eat right. some raw carrots, slightly cooked broccholi, ( they dont like it raw, but will eat it blanched with the dressing), milk and some fresh fruit and hmm, they just ate a balanced meal without knowing it they dip the chicken, carrots, and broccholi in the dressing, so as long as they have their own little bowl, they are happy campers!
