Ranch Turkey Casserole with Brown Rice

Our Ranch Turkey Casserole with Brown Rice recipe is a delicious and healthy take on a classic dish. This dish combines turkey, brown rice, and just a splash of Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing to create a lean and flavorful casserole.

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 3-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

    In a large bowl, combine the rice, turkey, stir-fry mix, dressing , salt and black pepper; stir until well mixed.

  3. 3

    Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

    Remove cover and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and is golden.

I always have stir fry mix in the freezer, have ranch dreesing in the refridgerator, and the leftover turkey put all together and bake. So delicious and fast to make.
