    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Mix the sour cream, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix, crumbled bacon, scallions and cheese together in a large bowl until well combined. Add the shredded hash browns and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Step 3
    Pour into the baking dish, and cook, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes, until crisped and golden.
  • Step 4
    Serve warm.
