In a medium bowl, stir together all of the ingredients, except the chicken.

Place chicken in a gallon-size zip-top bag and coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.

Preheat the grill for medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F or until juices run clear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by cutiepie0482 from So Good This one was really good and easy to make. It has lots of flavor. One of my kids doesn't like cilantro but it was super easy to adjust her chicken and leave it out on a piece or 2 for her.
