Here’s how to make delicious breaded Ranch chicken with breadcrumbs and zesty Hidden Valley® Ranch seasoning. Pair this amazing chicken with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, salad, rice, quinoa, corn on the cob, coleslaw or dinner rolls.

THIS RECIPE IS AIR FRYER-FRIENDLY
Simply reduce the cooking time and temperature on your air fryer as shown here.*

Timing
Set air fryer timer for half the cooking time of a conventional oven. Add extra time for doneness if needed.

Temperature
Reduce regular oven temperature by 25° to 50° (not going below 350°) on your air fryer. If food is getting too dark, reduce by another 25°.

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment.

    In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and seasoning mix until well-blended. Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl or plate.

    Dip each breast in the mayonnaise mixture, turning on all sides until well-coated, shaking off any excess. Lay the chicken in the breadcrumbs and turn until evenly coated.

    TIP: Fresh chicken should be pink in color. A pale hue could indicate that the meat has been on the shelf too long.

    Arrange chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake approximately 25 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165°F or until juices run clear. (For chicken breasts weighing 6 to 8 ounces, increase cooking time to 40 to 45 minutes.)

I also do it with pork chops, it's the same process just a little longer cook time with the bone. It's awesome with a little cheddar sprinkled on top too. P.S. I'm a 30 year old man who only grills and I can make this no problem...... Peace!!

I use up all sorts of leftovers instead of using breadcrumbs as a twist on this recipe. I crush crackers that have gotten stale, goldfish crackers, or flavored chips. By throwing in some seasonings like onion or garlic powder, and shredded cheese in the breading, it makes a unique flavor which the ranch dressing only enhances. Is so easy to make this recipe your own!

Not only did I love the final product, but my picky husband and our 3 year old son loved it too! The flavors were perfect. Now, he never wants my fried chicken anymore! Anytime we have anything with chicken, he gives me puppy eyes to make this for him. Also I cook it on a cookie rack over a sheet pan lined with foil - all sides get crispy (including the bottom) and cleanup is so fast. Spray with a little cooking spray (like canola) before baking to get these nice and golden.
