Grilled Cheese Sandwich

olive oil, as needed
2 slices sourdough bread
1 teaspoon Hidden Valley® Roasted Garlic® Ranch
1 slice (1 ounce) cheddar or havarti cheese
Step 1Brush outside of each slice of bread with olive oil, spread other side of bread with dressing, top with cheese and assemble the sandwich.
Step 2Cook sandwich for 4 to 5 minutes per side over medium heat on your grill, stove top or griddle, until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
