Great for breakfast guests
I liked the dish but I think it needed a bit more of something...perhaps cheese. I also had to bake it a bit longer than a half an hour. I think this dish would be good if you had overnight guests and needed to serve breakfast. The dominant taste was of eggs. This to me was more like a large omelet ! Which would be great for a large group.

Spicy Ham And Brunch Casserole
I wanted to use the spicy Ranch Seasoning but was out of it. I used the regular Ranch Seasoning and used a drained can of fiesta corn instead of plain corn, delicious!

Easy Breakfast
I don't really like ham so I would replace it with turkey bacon and it tastes pretty good. Refrigerate and reheat for an easy breakfast.

The store I shopped at only had 12 oz frozen corn. That ended up being a good omen, I think 16 oz of corn would be too much. It was very good!

Great for ranch lovers
