  • 4 mini, plain bagels sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup Hidden Valley® Roasted Garlic Ranch
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper, divided
  • 24 slices pepperoni diced
  • 8 thin slices, reduced fat provolone cheese diced


  1. 1. Place mini bagels, cut sides up, on baking sheet; spread each side with Ranch. Top each with bell pepper, cheese and pepperoni. Broil for about 2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
