Ingredients (5)

  • 4 mini, plain bagels, sliced in half
  • ¼ cup diced green bell pepper, divided
  • 8 thin slices, reduced fat provolone cheese, diced
  • 24 slices pepperoni, diced

Steps (1)

  • Step 1
    Place mini bagels, cut sides up, on baking sheet; spread each side with Ranch. Top each with bell pepper, cheese and pepperoni. Broil for about 2 minutes, until cheese is melted.
