    Combine ground beef and dressing mix. Shape mixture into 24 meatballs. Melt butter in a skillet; brown meatballs on all sides. Add broth; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve warm with toothpicks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from so versatile Meatballs are one of those foods that can be tweaked for almost anyone's tastes. Adding the ranch gives them a lovely kick of tanginess. I actually make these all the time, and eat them with different things. Sometimes alone, in pasta, on a sandwich, etc.
