Original Ranch Pork Chops

Our Original Ranch Pork Chops recipe is an easy and keto-friendly dish. Season with our Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker for delicious zesty flavors in every bite.

THIS RECIPE IS AIR FRYER-FRIENDLY
Simply reduce the cooking time and temperature on your air fryer as shown here.*

Timing
Set air fryer timer for half the cooking time of a conventional oven. Add extra time for doneness if needed.

Temperature
Reduce regular oven temperature by 25° to 50° (not going below 350°) on your air fryer. If food is getting too dark, reduce by another 25°.

    Preheat the oven to 450°F.

    In a small bowl, stir the seasoning mix with a dash of paprika. Season the chops on both sides with salt and pepper; then sprinkle on both sides with the seasoning mixture.

    Place a rack in the middle of a baking sheet. Arrange the chops on top. Bake the pork chops for 20 minutes, turning once, until browned or an internal temperature of 160°F is reached. Serve immediately.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really good and quick and easy!! I used the Spicy Dressing packet and used smoked paparika and it gave it just a nice little bite. Not too spicy but just a lil' zip. I will be making this again, TY hidden valley without the commercial I would have never known about this recipe and website!!!

Just put a little olive oil in pan and the follow the direction , except I add some dry onion soup mix with it . when the pork chop where done I made old fashion pan gravy out of the crispy dripping . this was so gooooooooooood my husband and I loved it and it was easy to.Thank you Hiden Valley you have did it again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is the perfect porkchop recipe! I am not a big fan of pork, but this is one of my all time favorite meals. This always gets cheers when it is served to my husband and 3 young daughters. The chops are moist and tender, with a bit of crisp around the edge, and the flavor is out of this world. I have recommended this recipe many times and it always gets rave reviews. Hands down, my absolute favorite pork chop recipe ever! A definite must try!

The kids love the Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing so I thought they'd love this and boy, was I right! I used 4 boneless pork loins (instead of the bone-in) and reduced the cooking time to 20 minutes. I also flipped them halfway so the seasoning cooked evenly on both sides. Perfect and so much flavor - not too much, not too little! I will definitely make this again and again (because my kids asked me to - and that is a first!) Oh, my husband and I loved them too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great change from grilling I usually grill pork chops as it is the only way my family liked pork. We don't like recipes making pork chops in a creamy dish. In winter it is hard to grill outside so I tried this recipe. I don't salt and pepper. Just the Hidden Valley. I was stunned to have so much flavor without the pork chop being soupy. Just crisp like a chop should be but none of the fat from frying. They are so yummy!

But with this one is it so easy and fast and the best tasting one my family loves it and so do i. I have a very very picky eater and he will eat one and ask for more of these pork chops. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Too easy and delicious not to try! With my busy schedule, I still like to put a decent dinner on the table. This makes it a snap! While we do not eat pork very often, this idea got my attention as I do love Hidden Valley Ranch products and so does the family. Follow it to the letter and you cannot miss. The flavor of these chops makes throwing any salad, veggie or side dish right along side it a breeze. (I even paired it up with a cold italian pasta salad...DAHLISH!!) It feels new each time when you change up the side dish! Dinner under 30 and clean up is a breeze. You will make this your new "go to" meal of the week!! I gaurantee it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My husband's favorite dinner is grilled pork chops. I saw the commercial for the ranch style and had to try it. We always have Hidden Valley Ranch packets at our house so it was a quick and easy dinner idea. I used thick cut pork chops. Next time we cook this I think we're going to try them on the grill vs. the oven.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great basic recipe with modifications Like a lot of others I had seen the commercials on TV a thought it looked good. When I read the comments I saw that someone else used the liquid salad dressing and bread crumbs and I thought that sounded good as well so I decided to try it both ways. I used boneless pork chops and did 2 with the powder seasoning and 2 with the liquid dressing and panko bread crumbs. I didn't have any paprika on hand so I used a Greek seasoning mix (Cavender's) that I like to mix with the powder dressing and with the panko crumbs. I cooked the pork chops according to the directions after that and while they both turned out good, the liquid dressing with the panko crumbs was by far the winner! I will definitely be making this again!

I only baked them for 23 minutes though because 25 would have burned the pork chops. I will definitely be making these again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Could be great with.. Made this according to instructions, used 4 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick. Used two packages of mix and fresh ground pepper. cooked 10min one side, 15 minutes the other at 450 degrees. The pork was incredibly moist, but the ranch flavor wasn't there, and it was extremely salty. But what I will do next time is mix the ranch in with panko and pepper or cut the ranch to one package. I used two because of what was read here that the flavor was weak when one was used. We actually scraped off the topping for the pork so it would be edible. I would recommend you try this and tweak until it works for you, it is worth the effort and a definite something to add to your recipe arsenal! I served it with red potatoes and mixed veggies. entire meal took 40 min from prep to table.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from tried a slightly different way with great results! so i didn't have the HVR dry dressing packets, i only had the prepared dressing. i coated the chops in the wet dressing, then dredged them in bread crumbs with the seasonings in the recipe and baked them. they were SO delicious. my 11 year old ate 2!! so yummy. will definitely make them again.

I added seasoned salt, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, bay leaf, black pepper, and salt. But, once those are added, with the Ranch Packet, they are to die for! This goes great with corn pudding as well! Yum YUM!

Instead of using one package, I use 2 packages each time to give it more flavor, and it tastes DELISH! I usually make it with veggies and some baked beans or ranch style beans. ENJOY!

I prepared the pork chops exactly to specification with one change 2 packets of salad dressing mix. They were moist and very tasty enjoyed by all.
