THIS RECIPE IS AIR FRYER-FRIENDLY
Simply reduce the cooking time and temperature on your air fryer as shown here.*

Timing
Set air fryer timer for half the cooking time of a conventional oven. Add extra time for doneness if needed.

Temperature
Reduce regular oven temperature by 25° to 50° (not going below 350°) on your air fryer. If food is getting too dark, reduce by another 25°.

* Always follow manufacturer’s instructions.

    Preheat oven to 450°F.

    Place potatoes in a 1-gallon-size Glad® Zipper Bag and add oil; seal bag. Toss to coat.

    Add seasoning mix and toss again until coated. Bake in ungreased baking sheet for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A KEEPER Over and Over We first tried these about 6 months ago. Man is it good!!! Whole family gobbles it up. I buy fingerling potatoes and slice them in half. We like spicy food so we now use the spicy Ranch packet when we make. I mix the olive oil and dressing mix in a glass dish and pour over the potatoes on a cookie sheet. No real need to use a plastics bag to mix. Can't say anything about leftovers because we haven't had any yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome, but I made some changes I make this recipe for our family Sunday dinner and there is never a potato left !!It is a great recipe because I can have the kids help mix the potatoes with the other ingredients. My entire family loves this recipe, but I finely chop onions and add to the recipe. I also peel the potatoes rather than leaving the peel on becuase my family is not a fan of the peel.

I used the 1/4 cup of oil so not sure why but even so they were wonderful. I am a saltaholic and there was no need with these. Can't wait to try them on the grill at camp!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not what I expected. The potatoes kept sticking to the pan and they ended up burning, they were turning into ranch mashed potatoes rather than the chunks of potatoes. I would suggest putting an even layer of oil on the pan before adding the potatoes. Flavor was really good though, that was my only pro for this recipe.

They completely stuck and burned on the one side of the pan and the tops turned into mashed potatoes, exactly like she said! I thought I would have better luck, but should have heeded her warning. HOWEVER, the taste was so good, my family wants me to make it again, less the burn and mush, so now I need to figure out how to do that!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great product We fixed the ranch potatoes for dinner last night... except i used the spicy ranch instead of the original.... they were great! . They did stick alittle not much ...but instead of cooking them in the oven we put them on the grill and they turned out great...

Did not realize I needed some pre-made bottle kind as well as envelope of dry mix. Thankfully ALWAYS have a bottle on hand. Will come back later after dinner and let you all know how they come out!!!

They are the most tasty roasted potatoes ever-- I usually make mine with olive oil and herbs/seasonings but using the ranch doubles the flavor and saves you the fat and calories from the oil... A must try!!
