Love it! So does everyone in the family.

Love this Dip
I made this for a friend of mine's party and it was a hit with everyone. The water chestnuts are wonderful gives a great crunch to the dip. I will make this for all the parties I go to. Hope you enjoy it to.

A Crowd Pleaser
Every time I make this dip, I receive requests for the recipe. A make a couple of minor changes: I add 1/2 small red bell pepper, minced. I use 3 tablespoons of the dressing mix (which I buy in big containers at BJ's or Costco rather than individual packets.) I also add 1/2 teaspoon of granulated garlic and 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper. So simple and so delicious!

Simple and easy classic!
Delicious and so easy. The "classic spinach dip." It can be spiced up with some onion, green peppers, or anything else you want to add, but also perfect the way it is! I love to dip veggies and corn chips in it. Yum! A hit at potlucks and picnics!

I actually cooked the spinach (boiled) and instead of the water chesnuts I added mozzarella cheese to the hot spinach, which when added with the sour cream made it super creamy! I also use a round hawaiian loaf. DELISH!!!! I love this recipe! Also it's goes well with homemade tortilla chips!

Ranch seasoning was great in this
This is a good recipe. I wasn’t big on the water chestnuts but it still tasted great. Next time I will substitute those for Artichoke. But I definitely like using ranch over the Lipton soup packets that everybody always says to use. I also added some lemon juice and Parmesan cheese so yummy.
