Mayo Parmesan Crusted Ranch Chicken

THIS RECIPE IS AIR FRYER-FRIENDLY
Simply reduce the cooking time and temperature on your air fryer as shown here.*

Timing
Set air fryer timer for half the cooking time of a conventional oven. Add extra time for doneness if needed.

Temperature
Reduce regular oven temperature by 25° to 50° (not going below 350°) on your air fryer. If food is getting too dark, reduce by another 25°.

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

    Combine mayonnaise, ranch seasoning powder and Parmesan cheese in a bowl until well combined.

    Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the tops of the chicken; then sprinkle evenly with the panko crumbs.

    TIP: Fresh chicken should be pink in color. A pale hue could indicate that the meat has been on the shelf too long.

    Bake 25–30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve hot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it! I absolutely LOVE this recipe! I’ve made it several times and the chicken always comes out super juicy. My biggest tip is to season (I use salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika) all sides of your chicken before adding the mayo and panko topping. Also for some reason anytime I have sent this recipe to friends or family they want to coat the mayo and panko mixtures on all sides of the chicken. Don’t do this because the bottom will be a mushy mess-only put the mayo on top and sprinkle the panko on top of the mayo mixture.
