Potatoes and ranch.. Yes, please!
I made these tonight with baked chicken. My family loved it. The only problem I seemed to have is I had to add a lot more ranch then the recipe called for because it kept "disappearing" into the potatoes. Other than that they were awesome and I will make them again.

Good base
Potatos are good but not a whole lot of flavor. I added more than what it calls for. I think it’s better as a base of loaded mashed potatos and added shredded cheese, sliced green onions and crumbled bacon.
