Easy Ranch Meatloaf

This easy Ranch Meatloaf recipe has all the flavor you’d expect from Hidden Valley® Ranch for an easy entree that’s quick to prep and great with mashed potatoes and a side of veggies. Four ingredients is all it takes to create this weeknight staple that’s the centerpiece to a proper family dinner.

THIS RECIPE IS AIR FRYER-FRIENDLY
Simply reduce the cooking time and temperature on your air fryer as shown here.*

Timing
Set air fryer timer for half the cooking time of a conventional oven. Add extra time for doneness if needed.

Temperature
Reduce regular oven temperature by 25° to 50° (not going below 350°) on your air fryer. If food is getting too dark, reduce by another 25°.

* Always follow manufacturer’s instructions.

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, but avoid excessive handling for a moist meatloaf. Form into a loaf and place in a baking dish or loaf pan.

    Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

    Remove from oven and let the meatloaf stand covered for 10–15 minutes before slicing.

Because it didn't look/sound right to be cooked that way like that..but my own recipe always turns out super moist..

I do 3-4 Tablespoons of ranch instead of just two. And top with bacon, ketchup and cheese! It's delicious! I made it just like the recipe said, but I brushed the top with secret sauce for the time it was baking, and wow did that make a difference, and the taste was great too.
