    In a large bowl, combine the turkey, celery, apples, and raisins with the dressing, tossing until well-coated. Chill until ready to serve.

    Divide the lettuce leaves between 4 plates and top each with the turkey mixture. Garnish with nuts and serve.

So I went ahead & made it for the 3 of us…well, we’ll who decides to try it. My better half…&&& he LOVED it. I took the leftovers & packed it in his lunch for work the next day…he’s a bridge inspector so he eats on the road. It was really hot that day & he said it hit the spot bc it was cold & the ranch made the Turkey taste not like turkey. Even his co-worker was wanting some. Ended up giving his co-workers wife the recipe that night. This is definitely on my make again list even for his farm day getting up hay days.
