Mediterranean White Bean Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 ounces) cannellini beans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • cup Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt Ranch Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt Ranch
  • 2 cloves garlic minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Italian parsley leaves Italian parsley leaves, plus more for garnish
  • salt kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • olive oil olive oil, for garnish
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill fresh dill, minced

Instructions

  • Place the beans, dressing, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and dill in the work bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is creamy. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Transfer the bean puree to a small bowl. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and some additional chopped parsley. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with vegetables, tortilla chips or pita chips.
