Greek Sweet Potato Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potatoes large (about 1 pound) sweet potato, cooked until very soft and tender
  • ¼ cup Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt Ranch dressing Hidden Valley® Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing
  • lime zest juice and zest 1 lime
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika smoked paprika
  • salt kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • pita chips pita chips, for serving

Instructions

  • Scoop out the soft flesh from the sweet potato and spoon into the bowl of a food processor.
  • Add the dressing, lime juice and zest, smoked paprika, and salt and pepper. Process until you have a nice smooth consistency.
  • Serve the dip with pita chips.
