Mediterranean Cauliflower Pizzas Recipe

If you’ve never tried a cauliflower crust, you’re in for a tasty surprise. This Ranchified Mediterranean-inspired pie may be lighter on carbs than traditional pizza, but it’s loaded with big, hearty flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen cauliflower pizza crust 9-inch frozen cauliflower pizza crusts
  • ¼ cup Hidden Valley® Original Bottled Ranch Hidden Valley® Original Bottled Ranch
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts canned artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • ¼ cup red onions thinly sliced red onions
  • cup shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare cauliflower crusts according to package instructions.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons dressing on each pizza crust. Scatter artichokes, onions and cheese evenly over the tops of each pizza.
  • Slide the pizzas back into the oven and bake until cheese mixture is melted, approximately 6 to 8 minutes. Let rest for 3 to 4 minutes before slicing; serve warm.
