Greek Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber medium cucumber with peel
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice lemon juice
  • baked pita chips baked pita chips
  • 1/3 cup sour cream fat-free sour cream
  • 1/3 cup Hidden Valley® The Original Ranch® Dressing Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® dressing
  • 1/3 cup yogurt plain, nonfat yogurt

Instructions

  • Place cucumber in a food processor and chop; drain excess liquid.
  • Place cucumber in a medium-size mixing bowl. Add the Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing, yogurt, and lemon juice and stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  • Serve with baked pita chips.
  • Note: The longer the dip chills, the thicker the consistency.
