Seven Layer Chicken Salad with Ranch Dressing

- 1 cup mayonnaise mayonnaise
- ¼ cup milk milk
- 1 seasoning packet or 3 tbsp of shaker seasoning Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix Packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
- 1 large head iceberg lettuce iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 red onion red onion, diced
- 2 cups green peas green peas (blanched if fresh; thawed if frozen)
- 1 ¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups cauliflower chopped cauliflower
- 3 cups cooked chicken diced cooked chicken
Make the dressing: stir together the mayonnaise, milk and seasoning packet and set aside.
In a large, wide glass bowl, layer the lettuce, onion, peas, cheese, cauliflower and cooked chicken.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve cold.
