- 2 tablespoons olive oil extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup broccoli small broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow onion small yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups baby carrots baby carrots, tops removed, peeled and halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Fiesta Ranch Dip Mix Shaker Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
Add vegetables and stir-fry about 2 minutes, making sure the ingredients are well coated in the oil.
Add the seasoning mix and continuously stir-fry about 8 more minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender. Serve hot.
