Ingredients

  • 12 ounces pasta corkscrew pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil olive oil
  • 1 cup mayonnaise mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream sour cream
  • ¼ cup pickle juice pickle juice plus ½ cup chopped kosher dill pickles
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing, Seasoning and Recipe Mix Shaker Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
  • 1 pound thick-cut bacon thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes cherry tomatoes, sliced in half (optional)

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil. Let cool.
  • While the pasta is cooking, make the dressing. Whisk together the mayo, sour cream, pickle juice and seasoning mix.
  • In a large bowl, mix the pasta with the pickles, bacon and tomatoes, if using. Toss with the dressing until well combined. Chill until ready to serve.
