Skillet Ranch Black Pepper Parmesan Chicken

- 1 packet (1 oz.) Hidden Valley® Black Pepper Parmesan Recipe Mix Hidden Valley® Black Pepper Parmesan Recipe Mix
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 tbsp. oil oil
- 1 cup water water
- 8 oz. whipped cream cheese whipped cream cheese
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breast to skillet and sear on both sides.
Turn heat down to medium-low, and add recipe mix, water and dollops of whipped cream cheese. Cover with lid and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
Remove chicken to a plate. Whisk sauce mixture in skillet until smooth. Return chicken to skillet. <br><br>Alternative preparation: Chicken can be shredded before returning to skillet. Stir to distribute sauce. Serve with bread.<br><br>Optional: Serve with vegetables.
