Garlic Ranch Roasted Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • ½ cup Hidden Valley® Garlic Ranch Hidden Valley® Garlic Ranch
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1–2 lemons, sliced lemons, sliced
  • 10 cloves garlic garlic

Instructions

  • Place the chicken into a Glad zipper bag or bowl. Add the Garlic Ranch dressing and black pepper and toss to coat the chicken well. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish with lemon slices.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on top of the lemon slices. Scatter garlic cloves around the chicken thighs.
  • Bake for about 35 minutes, until cooked through, and/or a thermometer reads about 165°F. Remove from the oven and rest for about 5–10 minutes before serving.
