Garlic Ranch Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tsp. Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix Shaker Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter unsalted butter
  • juice of ½ lemon juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp. white wine white wine
  • ¼ cup Hidden Valley® Garlic Ranch Hidden Valley® Garlic Ranch
  • chopped fresh parsley, for garnish chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Making sure your shrimp is very dry, toss to coat in the ranch seasoning mix and season with black pepper.
  • In a large skillet set over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the shrimp, and cook for about two minutes per side, until slightly golden.
  • Add the lemon juice and white wine into the pan, and cook for about a minute to burn off some of the alcohol.  Stir in the garlic ranch dressing and sauté until warmed through, a couple minutes more.
  • Garnish with freshparsley and some grated parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve warm.
