Veggie Appetizer Cups with Tajin® & Ranch Seasonings
Hidden Valley® Ranch and chili lime seasoning are perfect party partners in these mildly spicy vegetable appetizers. A light chile kick, ranch and lots of lime juice makes crunchy jicama, cucumbers and peppers extra refreshing.

- 1½ tablespoons Tajín seasoning Tajín seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
- 1–2 limes limes
- 1 small jicama small jicama, peeled and cut into ½-inch thick sticks
- 1 medium cucumber medium cucumber, cut into spears
- 1 large red pepper large red pepper, cut into ¾-inch strips
Mix the Tajín seasoning and ranch seasoning together and set aside. Squeeze the limes over the vegetables, and sprinkle the seasoning mix over or dip the ends of each vegetable into the mixture.
Arrange the vegetables in their own glass or mason jar divided by type. Alternatively, make individual small cups with a mix of all three vegetables in each.
