Ranch Green Goddess Grilled Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut crosswise in half and pounded to 1/2-inch thickness chicken breasts, cut crosswise in half and pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
  • 2 tsp. Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker
  • black pepper, to taste black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup Hidden Valley® Green Goddess Ranch Dressing Hidden Valley® Green Goddess Ranch Dressing
  • 4 hamburger buns or sandwich rolls hamburger buns or sandwich rolls
  • 4–8 leaves butter lettuce or little gems lettuce butter lettuce or little gems lettuce
  • 4 thick slices tomato tomato

Instructions

  • Preheat a charcoal grill using Kingsford® charcoal for direct cooking over medium heat and grease the grates with oil.
  • Season the chicken breasts on both sides with ranch seasoning mix and black pepper, to taste.
  • Place chicken on the grill and cook 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once, until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove the chicken from grill and let it stand 5 minutes.
  • To assemble the sandwiches, spread 2 tablespoons of the dressing on the bottom halves of 4 rolls. Top with the chicken, lettuce and tomato, and close with the top halves of the buns. Serve warm.
