Ingredients

  • 6 tostada shells store-bought or homemade tostada shells
  • ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons sour cream sour cream
  • 3 cups Mississippi pulled chicken Leftover Mississippi Pulled Chicken or Leftover Spicy Ranch Pulled Chicken, Warmed
  • 1 avocado avocado, pitted and thinly sliced
  • ½ small red onion small red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Lay tostada shells on a work surface. Spread a tablespoon of sour cream on each.
  • Top each tostada with an equal amount of chicken and avocado, and garnish with sliced red onions. Serve immediately.
