- 6 tostada shells store-bought or homemade tostada shells
- ¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons sour cream sour cream
- 3 cups Mississippi pulled chicken Leftover Mississippi Pulled Chicken or Leftover Spicy Ranch Pulled Chicken, Warmed
- 1 avocado avocado, pitted and thinly sliced
- ½ small red onion small red onion, thinly sliced
Lay tostada shells on a work surface. Spread a tablespoon of sour cream on each.
Top each tostada with an equal amount of chicken and avocado, and garnish with sliced red onions. Serve immediately.
