baguette, sliced ¼-inch thick into about 30-32 slices 1

shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups

Greek yogurt 1 cup

tomatoes, seeded and diced 4

chopped basil ½ cup

1Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil.

2Place baguette slices onto prepared baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with mozzarella. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling; set aside to cool.

3In a small bowl, combine yogurt, seasoning mix, tomatoes and basil just until fully incorporated.

4Place dip in serving bowl. Serve with melted cheese crostini.
