Rated 4 out of 5 by from interesting idea Did put a squeeze of lemon juice on the smashed avocado, then the dressing. Fine diced onion. Dry fried frozen corn in a frying pan to char. Added a few seeded diced cherry tomatoes also. Served with warm corn chips. Couple of times used with TACO MEAT in a warm flour tortilla, THAT WAS GOOD!
