Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked (8–10 min), then drain off fat.

Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in seasoning packet and milk, then let cook about 5 min until the sauce has thickened.

Use as taco filling and serve with assorted toppings.
*Alternative: Use ground turkey.
