Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great as a sandwich spread! I made this to duplicate Arby’s Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich. It has a Parmesan Peppercorn dressing. This makes the sandwich taste even better than Arby’s. I used 14 Tablespoons sour cream and 2 Tablespoons milk for better spreading consistency. Makes a great tasting sandwich!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tastes like mayo... This tasted too much like the mayonnaise. Use way less mayo... a little less milk (if for a dip and not dressing...) and more sour cream. Also use a lot more Parmesan.
