Loaded Mashed Potatoes
OMG! These mashed potatoes were so yummy. I'm already being asked to make it again. It isn't difficult to make either. The bacon and cheese blend well with the potatoes and the sour cream and ranch seasoning make it so creamy and special.

Good for a mashed change up
Ingredients were changed to plant based and they were devoured. Next time I make will cut back the seasoning some but the family loved them and would eat again if I made them.

Simply delicious!
I made the recipe and it came out great! My significant other even agreed and he usually dislikes my cooking. I did spice it up a little and added some left over ground beef into the mixture. It made the mashed potatoes even more filling and hearty.
