ground cumin 1½ tablespoons
kosher salt 1 teaspoon

Prepare and light a barbecue grill. Let the charcoal burn down to medium.

Meanwhile, make the dipping sauce by combining the yogurt, mint and dips mix in a medium bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Combine the cumin and salt in a small bowl, then rub the mixture over the lamb chops. Grill the lamb chops directly over the coals for 4 minutes, then flip and grill for another 3 minutes, or to your desired doneness.

Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Serve with the dipping sauce.
