Vegan Air Fryer Buffalo Ranch Cauliflower

flour ½ cup

water ½ cup

garlic powder 1 teaspoon

kosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste

cauliflower, cur into medium-sized florets (about 4 cups) 1 large head

buffalo-style wing sauce ¼ cup

Hidden Valley® Plant Powered Spicy Ranch, plus more for dipping ¼ cup

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, water, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Add the cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Add cauliflower in a single layer and cook until crisp, about 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer basket.

Remove cauliflower and place into a bowl. Stir the buffalo sauce and spicy plant powered ranch together and toss with the cauliflower until evenly coated. Place back in the air fryer and cook another 5–7 minutes, until crisp and golden.

Serve hot, with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
