Veracruz Ranch Dip

- 1 packet Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix
- 16 ounces sour cream
- ½ cup diced pickle
- ¼ cup pimiento
- ½ cup jarred salsa
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- 3 tablespoons rinsed capers
- 1. Mix contents of dips packet with sour cream. Add pickles, pimientos, salsa, onions, and capers. Stir well to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour to thicken.
